Moving from the mundane to the magical
Bridging the breath and the body
Yoking the terrestrial to the celestial
At Moon Bridge Yoga, we move with the phases of the moon and follow the path of the sun. We honor life’s transitions, inner cycles, and moments of pure being. We believe yoga is about remembering your natural rhythms, your intuition, and your wholeness. The yoga practice guides us on our journey, crossing the bridge of experience and allowing us to move from a physical practice to a deeper spiritual practice. Yoga is the bridgeway that helps us cross from distraction to presence, from tension to ease, from doing to being. We transport ourselves beyond the mundane to the magical, by bridging the breath and the body and yoking the terrestrial to the celestial.

Where are you located?
We are in Suite 416 in the Linncinnati building located at 516 Linn Street in Cincinnati. The building is easily accessible from all Greater Cincinnati locations. When you walk in the building, you can either take the stairs next to the entrance or take the elevator to the fourth floor. We are located at the back of the building. You will find Suite 416 in a narrow hallway off the main hallway.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
No! Most of the classes are all levels friendly. We are here to teach you yoga. You do not need any prior experience to attend class. Meet yourself where you are and we will join you on your journey!
What should I bring to class?
It is suggested that you bring your own yoga mat, but we also provide yoga mats available to use free of charge. We provide props in the practice space. These props are cleaned after each use. A water bottle may be nice to have as the water fountain is down the hall.
What should I wear?
Wear clothing you can comfortably move and sit on the ground in. Some classes, like Solar Flow, involve more active movement, while other classes, like Moonrise Rest, are very passive. Wear clothing that will accommodate you in your chosen class(es). In more passive classes, it is advisable to wear warmer clothing or layers as the body temperature drops in a state of relaxation.
Where is the bathroom and water fountain?
We do not have a private bathroom. There is a bathroom and a drinking fountain on the fourth floor where we are located. We strongly suggest using the restroom before coming to class.
Where do I park?
The Linncinnati building has two parking lots. When you see the building, the mural of Ginger the pig is on the backside of the building facing River Road. On the front side of the building, there are two parking lots. Lot A is off of Linn Street. Lot B is off of West 5th Street.
Can I bring a guest to class?
Yes! Yoga friends and family are always welcome! You can register a guest using one of your purchased credits.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes, there is a ramp entrance to the building through Lot B. The elevator is located through the front door. We can provide accommodations in class as well.
What are the studio policies?
Enter and exit the space quietly. Remove your shoes and place personal belongings at the studio entrance. No cell phone use in the practice space. Be respectful of others in the practice space. Be receptive to your yoga teacher's guidance. If you need to leave early, please leave before savasana, final relaxation, so as not to disturb other students.
What is your cancellation/no show policy?
You can cancel a class before the two-hour window of a class start time and receive a full refund. Within the two-hour window, classes cancelled or unattended will not receive a refund.
